Whether you've come to us with a venue already locked in or are still searching for the perfect location to host your wedding, our next step is all about the venue.
The venue sets the tone for the overall look and feel of your celebration, and the magic begins during our initial site tour. During this walk-through, we'll begin your event design. We'll plan everything, including how your guests are greeted when they arrive, the ambiance during dinner, where you'll dance the night away, and your grand exit at the end of the evening.
Step 2
We'll start the process with an intro call or in-person meeting—we love hearing your story and getting to know you! During this session, we listen for clues about the way you live life, how you like to entertain, and how you envision your event.
Next, we'll send you a detailed event questionnaire, which serves as our guide throughout the planning process and is something our team will reference throughout the multiple stages of planning.
We'll also discuss your initial ideas, event budget, and create a planning timeline to help you make sense of how we'll be working moving forward.
Step 1
It’s here! Your wedding day has arrived! Our team is the first to arrive on-site to ensure all plans are executed to precise design specifications. We are prepared to attend to every minute detail, ensuring your celebration exceeds all your expectations.
Being the first to arrive and the last to depart, we'll manage the many vendors, orchestrate your timeline, and set up the décor to create a perfectly-styled event. Your guests will always cherish the memories made on this special day in an unforgettable venue.

Step 4

Preparing your design presentation is one of our favorite steps! We produce mock-ups of what your wedding experience looks like from the guest's point of view—from the formal invitation and what they will see, taste, and smell (upon arrival and throughout the wedding reception) to the end of the evening and fond farewells.
During this step, we'll also curate a preferred vendor list. Because we're not your typical event planners and designers, we do things a bit differently—we like to work back to front. We design your event first and then secure all of the vendors it takes to bring it to life.* Together, we create a rich sensory experience and a truly once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
